Secretly Canadian is celebrating its twenty fifth anniversary by releasing a brand new single from Phoebe Bridgers. Bridgers‘ reimagined “Chinese language Satellite tv for pc” for the charitable SC25 Singles sequence.
The acoustic model of the monitor, which comes off Bridgers‘ 2020 album Punisher, was recorded in Los Angeles’ Sound Metropolis Studios.

All internet proceeds of the track will contribute to Secretly Canadian’s $250,000 fundraising purpose for New Hope For Households. In response to a press launch, the nonprofit is “the one place in Bloomington and the higher Monroe County the place households with kids can discover shelter collectively, inclusive of all sexual orientations and gender identities.”
