Author Kurt Johnstad has been tapped to write down the screenplay for the upcoming movie adaptation of the comedian ebook Prophet, in keeping with The Hollywood Reporter.

The movie is ready to star Jake Gyllenhaal and will likely be directed by Sam Hargrave, the director of the hit motion movie Extraction.
