Russell Crowe has heartbreakingly revealed that his pet, Louis the papillion, has tragically died.
The actor broke the unhappy information to followers in a tweet.
“That is Louis the Papillion. 16 months previous. Tiny, cheeky, courageous. He gained my coronary heart,” Crowe wrote on Thursday.

“Sadly right this moment, on the second anniversary of my fathers passing, Louis was hit by a truck.
“We tried to get him to the vet, however he died in my arms whereas I used to be telling him how a lot we cherished him.”
Alongside the tweet, Crowe added an image of the tiny pet.
Crowe’s father, John Alexander, died in 2021 on the age of 85.

“I am in no way a fan of dressing canine up, however, a good friend purchased little Louis a @RalphLauren polo so he can match with dad. I believe the opposite canine on the farm are going to get jealous. Fairly enjoyable,” the actor wrote in a tweet.
