The Telecom Invoice replaces “license” with “authorization,” making laws simpler for telecom networks. At current, the federal government points over 100 varieties of licenses, registrations, and permissions.

The invoice additionally amends the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) Act, 1997.
