The Visible Results Society has composited the nominees for its twenty second annual VES Awards, which can be handed out subsequent month. Disney’s The Creator and Sony’s Spider-Man: Throughout the Spider-Verse lead the sphere with seven noms apiece, and HBO’s The Final of Us tops TV with six. See the total record beneath.
The annual VES Awards can be handed out throughout the group’s twenty second annual ceremony February 21 on the Beverly Hilton. They acknowledge excellent visible results artistry and innovation in 25 classes spanning options, animation, tv, commercials and video video games and the VFX supervisors, VFX producers and hands-on artists who carry this work to life.
“The artistry, ingenuity and keenness of visible results practitioners world wide have come collectively to create outstanding imagery,” stated Kim Davidson, newly elected VES Chair. “We’re seeing best-in-class work that elevates the artwork of storytelling and exemplifies the spirit of innovation.”
Joyce Cox, the veteran VFX producer who labored on the billion-dollar pics Avatar, The Darkish Knight and Titanic, will obtain the VES Lifetime Achievement Award.
