Darshan Hiranandani-led digital transformation service supplier Yotta Knowledge Providers and its subsidiary NMDC Knowledge Centre have raised over Rs 1,357 crore by way of a long-term secured mortgage from State Financial institution of India.

The corporate has raised this debt in opposition to its two information centres in Navi Mumbai by hypothecating the property in favour of the financial institution.
