Billy Corgan refuses to be pressured into enjoying the Smashing Pumpkins’ traditional hits.
Throughout a latest dialog with Kerrang, the frontman rejected the concept that his band has to play sure well-known songs to appease their followers.
“I do not play any songs I do not wish to play. I do not care if they are a traditional or not,” Corgan declared. “If I do not wish to play it, I simply do not play it. I do not put that on the viewers like, ‘Effectively, I’ve received to play this one for you.’ I feel that is sort of cheese.”
