U.Ok. singer Bishop Briggs has introduced her third album, Inform My Therapist I’m Wonderful, out on Oct. 18 through Virgin Information. It’s her first in 5 years, and he or she says, “It’s concerning the messiness of being a human and the whole lot in between.”
The primary single from the album is the belt-it-out anthem “Mona Lisa On A Mattress,” which Briggs says is “a few messy, attractive, poisonous relationship I fell hopelessly into,” including, “I wrote it with considered one of my shut mates, Jack LaFrantz, who helped me chortle my means by this chapter of girlhood I hadn’t fairly unpacked.”
