Terence Stamp has sadly handed away.
It’s with heavy hearts we report the 87-year-old legend of Hollywood handed away on Sunday. His household confirmed the information to Reuters in an announcement:
“He leaves behind a rare physique of labor, each as an actor and as a author that may proceed to the touch and encourage individuals for years to come back. We ask for privateness at this unhappy time.”
So unhappy! Our hearts are with them.

Terence carved out a powerful appearing profession that’s spanned over 60 years. In 1962, he earned an Oscar nomination for Billy Budd, after which went on to seem in a number of big-name footage, together with Theorem, A Season in Hell, The Adventures of Priscilla Queen of the Desert, The Haunted Mansion, Valkyrie, Wished, The Adjustment Bureau, and extra. Maybe most memorably, he appeared as Superman’s arch nemesis Normal Zod within the late ‘70s/early ‘80s Superman franchise alongside Christopher Reeve.
As of now, the circumstances surrounding Terence’s dying are unknown.
