Netflix has introduced the Season 2 renewal order for the sequence reboot of Little Home On the Prairie, forward of its season 1 debut. The sequence, primarily based on Laura Ingalls Wilder’s e-book, will launch on July ninth.
The household drama, which tells the origin story of the American West, stars Alice Halsey because the strong-willed Laura Ingalls, Skywalker Hughes as Laura’s older sister Mary, Luke Bracey as Pa, and Crosby Fitzgerald as Ma.
The unique Little Home on the Prairie sequence premiered on NBC in 1974 and ran for 9 seasons.
The brand new tackle the traditional story is produced by CBS Studios and Nameless Content material. Rebecca Sonnenshine serves as showrunner and exec produces alongside Pleasure Gorman Wettels for Pleasure Coalition, Journey Pleasant for Pleasant Household Productions, Dana Fox and Susanna Fogel.
