On Aug. 2, The Alchemist revealed the information {that a} new venture from Havoc and Prodigy is coming, through X. “The brand new Mobb Deep album is completed. Produced fully by Havoc and The Alchemist,” Alc tweeted.
The legendary beatmaker did not provide any extra particulars on the upcoming venture.
Mobb Deep’s Prolonged Hiatus
This would be the duo’s first album since 2014’s The Notorious Mobb Deep, and the primary Mobb Deep album launched because the 2017 passing of Prodigy. P died on June 20, 2017, after reportedly being hospitalized for problems associated to sickle cell anemia, which he had battled since delivery.
