Spotify is being accused in a brand new class-action lawsuit of permitting billions of fraudulent streams, with Drake particularly being named as somebody whose numbers have been doctored.

On Sunday (Nov. 2), rapper RBX filed a criticism towards the music streaming service in United States District Courtroom for the Central District of California, on behalf of himself and “on behalf of all different members of most of the people equally located.” The swimsuit claims Spotify has allowed large-scale fraud on its platform, which has resulted in billions of pretend streams gained by unlawful strategies.
