After a short hiatus, Chief Pascal is returning to “Chicago Hearth.”
In a Season 14 finale promo launched after Wednesday’s episode, Chief Pascal (Dermot Mulroney) is seen standing among the many Firehouse 51 crew as they struggle their newest hearth. (Watch the promo above.)
Mulroney’s return will mark his first look on the NBC procedural since occurring hiatus. He final appeared in a March 11 episode, following the franchise’s dramatic three-part crossover.
Chief Pascal’s arrival shall be a welcome — and maybe much-needed — go to since Hopkins gave up his private vendetta in opposition to Severide’s household and not has a cause to guide 51. Although Severide is the present highest-ranking officer within the firehouse, he is contemplating taking up a special place with the Workplace of Hearth Investigation (OFI), that means Pascal’s management as chief could also be wanted now greater than ever.
The “Chicago Hearth” Season 14 finale airs Wednesday, Could 13 at 9/8c on NBC. Along with Pascal’s return, the episode will see Severide and Kidd welcoming a shock customer, Herrmann and Cindy renewing their vows, and Mouch receiving some encouraging information, per the official logline.
