Samantha Armytage has shared a touching tribute to her late grandmother, Dorothy Flannery, who died this month at age 100.
“Final week ~ we laid our lovely Nanny Flannery to relaxation. She was 100 & she was simply pure magic ✨” the TV host shared.
“A grandmother’s love is like no different,” she stated.
Armytage, 49, remembered her “universally adored” ’Nanny Flannery’ as a lady who liked color, particularly yellow.
“Fittingly, the autumn day she handed, the sunshine shone by means of the wonderful Ginkgo tree in my backyard 💛” Armytage remembered.
“She’s shining with my mama now (& Banjo 🐾) … how fortunate am I to have three Guardian Angels.”
Armytage’s mom – and Dorothy’s daughter – Libby handed away in 2020 after an extended battle with an autoimmune illness.
