Abbi Jacobson had some large footwear to fill along with her newest venture.
The Emmy Award nominee, 38, spoke to PEOPLE about getting the late Penny Marshall’s blessing for the upcoming Amazon Prime Video sequence reboot of her 1992 film A League of Their Personal on Saturday at a Cinespia screening for the unique movie’s thirtieth anniversary.
“[Co-creator Will Graham] and I bought an opportunity to speak to Penny Marshall on the cellphone,” she mentioned. “It was actually near when she handed away, and we advised her our complete thought and requested her a variety of questions in regards to the movie and he or she was similar to, ‘Properly, go do it already.
