Ringo Starr has examined constructive for COVID-19 once more. The musician revealed his prognosis late on Thursday (Oct. 13), and introduced that he’s canceling the rest of his tour.

“I’m positive you’ll be as stunned as I used to be I examined constructive once more for Covid the remainder of the tour is off I ship you peace and love Ringo,” he wrote in an Instagram publish alongside a selfie.

The 82-year-old and his All Starr Band’s remaining exhibits have been Oct. 14 in San Jose, Calif.; Oct. 15 in Paso Robles, Calif.; Oct. 16 in Los Angeles; and Oct. 19-20 in Mexico Metropolis, Mexico.

Starr initially examined constructive earlier within the month, and introduced Oct. 3 that he was canceling 5 exhibits in Canada. That announcement got here after he had canceled a pair of concert events “resulting from sickness.” Per week later, on Oct. 10, he shared on Instagram that had examined adverse for the coronavirus and was able to get again to work. “On the street once more I’ll see you in Seattle on Tuesday the eleventh Portland Wednesday I’m adverse peace and love all people thanks for ready,” he wrote on the time.

The second leg of the nine-time Grammy winner’s All Starr Band tour kicked off September in Bridgeport, Conn. The tour dates have been initially deliberate for 2020, however when the worldwide coronavirus pandemic hit, the previous Beatle’s tour — like many musicians’ world wide — was postponed.

Since touring has resumed, varied musicians have needed to cancel or postpone exhibits as they and/or their touring crew contracted COVID-19 whereas on the street. Drake, The Rolling Stones, Alan Jackson, and Justin Bieber are amongst those that have delayed exhibits after testing constructive for COVID-19.
