Katie Maloney is formally taken!
After finalizing her divorce from actor Tom Schwartz, the Bravo star hinted to PageSix on Sunday she was shifting on with somebody 10 years her junior:
“There’s a man who’s, like, 25 that I’ve been hanging with. It’s enjoyable.”
Ooh! Who might or not it’s?
Properly, US Weekly has confirmed Katie’s new man is a 25-year-old El Lay based mostly actor named Satchel Clendenin.
Cuuuuute!
And it looks as if the 35-year-old may be eager on preserving him round regardless of her beforehand saying she wasn’t on the lookout for something critical. A supply advised the outlet Clendenin has “frolicked with a few of her pals” and “met” some co-stars since they began seeing each other. Ooh!

Satchel’s performing resumé states he’s been in quite a lot of music movies and quick movies. The Vanderpump Guidelines star has positively received herself a sports activities star, too, as his record of expertise ALSO embrace basketball, baseball, soccer and ice hockey. He appears to be a whiz within the kitchen with bartending and chef expertise listed, too! So gifted! And did we point out he can pull off quite a lot of accents?? Mmmhmmmm.

In July, Maloney teased to the information web site how she was in her “cougar period”:
“I’m sort of, like, in a cougar period. … I can date the younger one, [someone] my age and the younger one’s dad. So I sort of love that for me.”
