Japan’s Summer time Sonic Pageant has introduced the primary part of its 2023 version lineup, with Kendrick Lamar and Blur named as headliners.
The Compton hip hop artist might be joined by multi-instrumentalist Thundercat, Liam Gallagher, Fall Out Boy, Evanescence, Japanese duo YOASOBI, and extra on August 18 at ZOZOMarine Stadium & Makuhari Messe in Tokyo and August 19 at Maishima SONIC PARK (Maishima Sports activities Island) in Osaka. Extra artists are set to be introduced at a later date.
Lamar kicked off his 84-stop The Huge Steppers Tour in 2022 in help of his critically acclaimed 5th album, Mr. Morale & the Huge Steppers, with Summer time Sonic included within the 4th leg of the tour, his solely cease in Asia.
