Bloc Celebration have enlisted rising punk star KennyHoopla for his or her new single “Hold It Rolling,” which marks their first-ever collaboration with one other artist.
“I’ve been a fan of Kenny’s for some time now, so when he got here to London, I jumped on the probability of getting within the studio collectively,” Bloc Celebration frontman Kele Okereke says. “We wrote a bunch of songs in a single afternoon, and ‘Hold It Rolling’ was a type of concepts. I at all times felt fairly hooked up to that concept, so I made a decision I want to convey it to Bloc Celebration, [and] we turned it right into a music. It was all very natural.”
