UK rapper and rock musician Child Bookie will launch new album Songs For The Dwelling // Songs For The Useless on September 13 by way of Marshall Music. The album contains contributions from Good Charlotte’s Billy Martin, Skindred’s Mikey Demus, producers Tom Mitchener (Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes), Romesh Dodangoda (Carry Me The Horizon, Nova Twins), George Perks (Enter Shikari, Skindred), and long-time collaborator Ziey Kizzy.
The primary single from the album is the hard-hitting “Scars,” which Child Bookie says is “about not having the ability to go away when it is best to.” He provides, “You’re in a psychological torture jail, and also you haven’t obtained the power to depart. You recognize it is best to go away, however you’re scared, you’re damage, and that is what the scars could make you do – individuals put you in psychological prisons, and generally the one factor you could have left to recollect is the scars they go away.”
