Given this was the banana bread heard ‘around the world, I assumed it will be an instantaneous frontrunner. However I’m not one for fast breads that veer into dessert territory, and that’s precisely what this one does. It’s extremely candy, even with the darkish chocolate chunks meant to stability it out, and has extra of a cake-like, nearly chewy texture than the tender crumb I affiliate with banana bread. Whereas it wasn’t my cup of tea, I do suppose it’s a great banana cake. The Bundt form is tremendous spectacular trying, and it’d make an incredible social gathering dessert.
